About the role
Leading the commercial organization, the remote Vice President of Revenue will drive dealer acquisition, activation, retention, and funded volume growth while overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Services to align with organizational strategy.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy to optimize resource allocation and maintain alignment with organizational objectives
Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Services teams, ensuring accountability and direction through experienced functional leaders
Identify emerging opportunities and threats while collaborating with executive leadership to improve dealer experience and facilitate efficient outcomes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, particularly in dealer, channel, or partner-based sales organizations
Demonstrated success in leading complex commercial organizations through growth and change
Experience in home improvement finance, indirect lending, POS finance, consumer finance, or similar industries preferred
