About the role
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Texas Licensed Sales Representative will conduct discovery calls with inbound leads, analyze financial information, and enroll clients into tax resolution programs while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to assess their tax issues and financial situations
Manage the full sales process from consultation to client enrollment in customized resolution programs
Accurately document client interactions and financial information in the CRM to ensure effective communicationRequired qualificationsMinimum of 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote or virtual environment
Experience in debt settlement or other financial hardship sales environments preferred
Strong B2C sales experience with a track record of performance in high-volume inbound sales
Proficiency with customer systems, such as Google Suite and Salesforce
Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes effectively
