Dealership: L0259 Lithia Nissan of Clovis Service Advisors – Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. Rotating schedule with 3‐day weekends.
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
  • Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors
  • Ability to work well in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

Pay Range: The California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance‐driven position, eligible for short‐term and/or long‐term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‐related knowledge, and location, and a variety of other benefits.
