About the role
To optimize call center performance, the full-time Scheduling Analyst will manage short-term forecasting, create and maintain staff schedules, and monitor call center activity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to adjust staffing based on customer experience needs
Create and maintain schedules for Customer Service staff to ensure optimal coverage
Monitor call center activity and recommend immediate staffing adjustments to meet service level goals
Required qualifications:
Associate's degree or relevant technical certification or two years of work experience
Two years of call center forecasting and scheduling experience
Three years of customer service experience
Experience with workforce management software
Able to work 8am to 4:30pm PDT
