Key Responsibilities: (Bilingual Customer Service Representative): Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
