About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the firm’s Audit Leadership Team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys multitasking, creating structure, supporting others, and handling every detail with accuracy and care. They are an analytical problem solver who is comfortable working with facts, data, and information with a high sense of urgency. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with billing administration and departmental standardization efforts. Compile and maintain engagement documentation and workpapers. Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and engagement schedules. Coordinate training events, lunches, and special events. Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for Leadership Participate in process improvement initiatives and firm projects. Maintain and track CPE records for Audit employees.
Qualifications: Administrative support experience required; public accounting experience preferred. High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and confidentiality. Regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
