About the role
Partnering directly with the CEO, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Operations will operationalize strategic priorities, drive execution, and create alignment across the organization while extending the CEO's impact.
Key responsibilities:
Shape and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership
Act as a thought partner to the CEO by structuring complex problems and developing recommendations on high-impact decisions
Drive the operating rhythm behind company priorities, ensuring accountability and progress on critical initiatives
Required qualifications:
15+ years of experience, including significant time in a strategy consulting firm addressing complex challenges
Experience working directly with CEOs or C-suite executives on enterprise strategy and high-stakes decisions
Proven track record of translating strategy into execution with measurable outcomes
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience using KPIs to inform decisions
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and create alignment across cross-functional teams
