Electropolish / Passivate / Wash Operator

Location: Painesville, OH Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 1:30 AM Pay: $18+/hr Job Type: Full-TimeInova Staffing is hiring an Electropolish / Passivate / Wash Operator for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH. This position is responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring parts are processed correctly and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Follow detailed processing instructions for each job
Load and unload parts onto fixtures
Operate electropolish, passivation, and wash equipment
Adjust machine settings including volts, amps, temperature, and processing time
Inspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and other inspection equipment
Monitor equipment, gauges, controls, and timers
Maintain chemical levels and finishing systems
Clean tanks, contacts, and equipment as needed
Follow all required chemical and workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math and English skills
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed written instructions
Manufacturing, machining, or metal finishing experience is preferred but not required
Must be comfortable working around chemicals and following safety procedures
