Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Research universities, career fairs, student organizations, and other recruiting opportunities.
Identify recruiting channels that align with Whova's hiring goals.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, company information sessions, and other recruiting events.
Engage with candidates before, during, and after recruiting events.
Support candidate sourcing, outreach, interview coordination, and follow-up.
Track recruiting activities and results and work toward quantitative recruiting goals.
Analyze recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
Help develop and improve recruiting campaigns and processes.2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and required forms.
Audit employee documents and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
Assist with employee benefits administration and related documentation.
Help maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. 3. Business & Office Operations
Manage equipment, inventory, office supplies, and related records.
Coordinate purchasing, purchase orders, vendors, and procurement activities.
Support invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and other finance-related processes.
Coordinate office logistics and company-provided services.
Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
Take ownership of additional projects that improve the efficiency of the business.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any major.1–2 years of real-world work experience through internships, part-time employment, campus employment, or other professional experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous HR experience is not required.
Strong interest in business, recruiting, HR, operations, or a combination of these areas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working toward measurable goals and taking ownership of results.
Comfortable handling detailed and repetitive work while maintaining accuracy.
Able to identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes.
Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
