About the role
Receptionist Location: Everett, WA Job ID: #73064 Pay Range: $25-28 Summary Role is as receptionist with a responsibility for greeting guests, visitors, and contractors, coordinating with their host to ensure they are met and can enter the site. Support site Security and global trade processes by managing visitor forms, visitor Wi-Fi permissions, issuing escorted visitor badges and/or access badges as required. Partner with security leader in providing access badges to new hires and managing access permissions. Answer calls, take messages, and respond to front-desk emails. Manage conference rooms reservations and arrange/order catering for meetings/events when required. Receive and sort mail notifying recipients that mail has arrived Perform basic clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning of reception documents. Use of MS office and task specific online systems Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent (GED) REQUIRED Experience: General Admin/reception experience at least 6-7 years Citizenship: Must be US Citizen Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm (1hr lunch) Overtime: SOME OT but prior approval would be necessary.
