United Business Bank is looking for an Experienced Client Service Manager III (Branch Service/Branch Operations Manager) for our Tukwila Office - Retail Bank Management Experience is required.
POSITION PURPOSE: The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of an assigned branch. This position ensures effective branch operations, exceptional client service, appropriate staffing, employee development, and compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The CSM leads and develops branch personnel, manages operational performance, branch profitability, supports client relationships, and ensures deposit, teller, new accounts, and other branch activities are performed accurately and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Certification(s)
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience may be considered.
Education Required: Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible retail or branch banking experience. Prior leadership, supervisory, or people-management experience preferred. Experience with teller operations and consumer and business deposit accounts.
Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, teller functions, and consumer and business deposit products. Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations, operational controls, and standard banking practices. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills. Strong client service and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage branch operations, staffing priorities, workflow, and competing deadlines. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to appropriately resolve or escalate operational and personnel matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive client and employee information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively utilize Bank systems and platforms.
Compensation: Hiring Salary Range: $80,168.40 to $90,000.This compensation information is United Business Bank's good-faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Washington's Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
