Facility: 1382 bed facility using Cerner EMR, 35 bed in department. Trauma Level 2Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient.

Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus CallCall Ratio: 1:5Call Back%: 20%Practice Details: Heart and Head Cases Required. CRNA Supervision

Certifications:

Active license in FL, Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required
