About the role

Trinity Health is seeking a seasoned Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health and safety across Grand Haven and Shelby. The role handles occupational exposures, triages injuries, and coordinates physicals and immunizations within the EHR. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Nursing, with CHSP or COHN certification within 5 years, and 5–10 years of related experience in acute care or occupational health. Proficiency with Office 365 tools is preferred.
