About the role

Moultrie, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, seeks a Director of Verification to lead firmware verification and fleet management for field-deployed cameras. You will guide a two-pronged organization: a pre-release verification team validating subsystems and a fleet group monitoring field health, with goals to automate, extend coverage, and reduce cycle time. You will translate design changes into test plans, build scalable automation (including CI/HIL), and ensure release readiness.
