About the role

This is a Hybrid/Remote in Pittsburg, PA and Need Local candidates who can ONLY work on W2 Primary Functions of the Position:· Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business needs, define desired outcomes, and document business requirements written in problem and value focused terms.· Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews to surface pain points, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.· Build current state and future state process flows, journey maps, and business scenarios that illustrate how value will be achieved.· Translate business outcomes into user stories and acceptance criteria that guide Technology and business teams without dictating technical design.· Support development of business focused test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and validate that delivered solutions meet defined business outcomes.· Maintain a neutral, cross functional perspective to ensure solutions support enterprise priorities rather than a single department’s viewpoint.· Support 3–5 concurrent projects, ensuring analysis, documentation, and business validation activities progress effectively through the project lifecycle.· Communicate progress, findings, risks, and decisions clearly to PMO leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams.· Maintain PMO standards for requirements, documentation, workflows, and templates.
Education and Experience: Requirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2. 3-5 years business analysis experience 3. Banking or related financial services preferred 4. Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving skills 5. Business analysis or Agile certifications preferred Essential Skills and Abilities· Proficiency with business analysis and process tools, including:· Journey maps· Process models· Business requirements documentation· User stories & acceptance criteria· Traceability matrices· Test scenarios and UAT coordination· Ability to decompose business problems into clear goals, outcomes, and requirements· Strong facilitation skills across diverse teams and stakeholders· Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives
