2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
Shift Hours:
3 PM – 11 PMAbout the RoleJoin a well-established, innovative manufacturing company specializing in high-quality automotive interior and exterior components. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently to ensure production stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding and related manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available if needed)
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine downtime
- Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Qualifications & SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (or willingness to learn)
- Understanding of preventative maintenance programs
- Prior experience in injection molding preferred
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
