About the role

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - HEDIS Quality will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and industry expertise remotely to support Healthcare Shares' growth and mission-driven initiatives in healthcare innovation. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and investment focus Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board activities
