About the role
We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our Remote Customer Acquisition Team. If you’re interested in building a sales career and want a role where you can develop quickly, this is an excellent place to start. This position is fully remote, structured, and supportive—perfect for candidates who want a clear path into sales without needing prior industry experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with warm leads and prospects via phone, email, and messaging
- Guide potential customers through the decision-making process
- Learn and use a proven sales framework that helps you build confidence quickly
- Track customer interactions and update internal systems
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and development
- Meet daily/weekly activity expectations designed to help you succeed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help customers
- Self-motivated attitude and willingness to follow a structured process
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Coachability — open to feedback and committed to improvement
- Consistency and reliability in meeting goals and expectations
No previous sales experience is necessary. We provide training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Gain:
- Remote-first role with a flexible, supportive environment
- Clear development path into higher-earning sales positions
- Practical experience in lead management and customer acquisition
- Mentorship from experienced sales leaders
- A chance to grow a long-term career, not just take a job
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
