About the role

Sr. Financial Analyst As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead and oversee financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role provides strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making within the organization. You will serve as an analytic resource for assigned systems, products, or business units by providing advanced support.
Key Responsibilities: Record, report, and analyze the firm's financial and operational results. Execute monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts. Develop and perform complex data analysis, and effectively communicate findings. Proactively identify efficiencies and control improvements, proposing and implementing solutions. Manage the Rate Card Update Process, including loading new rate cards and managing rate card and special quote pricing requests using existing pricing tools. Research and implement technical accounting policy. Participate in cross-functional teams to implement finance business objectives and projects. Develop and manage business relationships to gather information and influence decisions. Serve as an analytics resource, offering guidance and participating in strategic
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics with a Bachelor's Degree, OR 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics with a High School Diploma or GED.
Skills: Ability to explain complex financial modeling analysis to a broad audience, persuasive communication skills, and project management, organizational, and time management skills.
