About the role
Medical Record Analyst Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system. Primary Position Responsibilities Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards. Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system. Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies. Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: None Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: 2 years of office experience Preferred: 2 years of medical office/hospital experience License, Registry or Certification: Required: None Preferred: None Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Able to work with staff on all levels Preferred: None Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
