Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Wealth Management Associate. The Associate will support the wealth advisory team in preparing financial plans, analyzing investment portfolios, evaluating estate and family office planning strategies, conducting research and other analysis for clients. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating communication, and staying informed on market developments to assist in decision-making. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering high-quality financial solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong Financial Planning and Finance knowledge to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
- Knowledge of advanced trust and estates, income tax, and estate tax considerations for HNW families
- In-depth understanding of investments and portfolio construction Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sharp Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing relevant insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant field; CFP, CFA, or other certifications are a plus
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including eMoney and Addepar, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
