Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls Make outbound calls Set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians Work effectively with a team Be knowledgeable about all company products and services (we will train you) Overcome objections and answer customer concerns and questions Strive to reach company and personal metrics Qualifications: Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, phone software Five9 for example, familiarity with booking schedule Some level of customer service experience preferred Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be 18+ years of age Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO Holiday Pay Compensation: Up to $68,000 with maxing out bonuses
