About the role
Managing complex and high-value renewal opportunities, the full-time Senior Renewal Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in renewal strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead complex renewal engagements and develop strategies for at-risk accounts
Conduct advanced commercial negotiations involving pricing and contract terms
Mentor junior team members and partner with leadership to enhance revenue retention outcomes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in renewals or related commercial roles
Proven success in managing enterprise-level renewals and complex negotiations
Advanced understanding of software subscription models and customer retention strategies
Experience mentoring within a revenue-focused organization
