About the role
THE OPPORTUNITY:
ABOUT THE ROLEF/m Investments is looking for a DC-based RFP & Marketing Data Associate to help manage RFPs, RFIs, DDQs/questionnaires, recurring data updates, and other compliance-heavy requests that support our sales, marketing, and distribution efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with investment data, and able to coordinate across marketing, compliance, sales, product, operations, and investment teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own intake and tracking for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, questionnaires, platform requests and recurring data updates. Coordinate responses across marketing, compliance, sales, product, operations, and investment teams. Maintain a reusable response library for firm, product, process, compliance, and data language. Track deadlines, owners, blockers, review status, and final delivery. Help ensure consistency across questionnaires, factsheets, decks, sales materials, and standard responses. Support recurring database and platform updates. Route materials through compliance review and manage revision follow-up. Provide backup support on basic marketing material updates when the work is data-driven, recurring or tied to compliance review.
WHO YOU ARE:
Required2–5+ years of experience in RFPs, proposals, DDQs, investment marketing, client reporting, sales enablement, or financial-services data support. Strong writing, editing, and project-management skills. High attention to detail and comfort working with performance and product data. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate inputs from several internal teams. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Comfort working with compliance review processes.
Preferred:
Asset management, ETF, fixed income or investment-product experience.
Experience with RFP tools, response libraries, Salesforce, HubSpot, Morningstar, eVestment, platform databases, or consultant databases.
Familiarity with marketing materials, factsheets, pitchbooks, and standard sales-support collateral.
