Fabricator

Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies. Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements. Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal materials for welding and assembly. Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and proper fit. Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, drills, and other shop equipment safely. Maintain accurate measurements throughout the fabrication process. Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Perform additional fabrication and shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to accurately read measurements and basic fabrication drawings. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions. Compensation$18.00-$24.00 per hour Starting pay will be determined based on the candidate's welding/fabrication experience and demonstrated skill level.
