Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Utilize custom winding equipment to manufacture magnetic coil windings Perform hand soldering of coil windings to create various chains of windings Perform assembly process based off work instructions, hands on training, and using various hand tools Communicate with Team Leader, Supervsior, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner Read and interpret blueprint assembly drawings to wind, assemble, and hand solder the product Read and interpret manufacturing work instructions and assembly drawings Perform basic PC functions for use with winding equipment Willing and able to assist anywhere else in the same department or cross departmentally as needed to meet production goals Provide written and oral communication among the production team(s)Support Manufacturing Engineering as needed or process development and documentation updates Perform other duties as assigned Technical knowledge: Effective problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret Engineering Assembly Drawings Ability to read and interpret SOP's or Work Instructions Ability to work within Windows based PC environment Working knowledge of Manufacturing Processes/Equipment Experience and Essential requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years' manufacturing assembly and/or machine operator experience Must be able and willing to work in a team environment Strong communication skills Must be organized Must be able to multi-task Mechanical/electrical aptitude a plus Must be able to work afternoon shift
