About the role

Finni Health seeks a BCBA-practice owner to help new providers launch their own ABA practice, locally or serving remote clients in other states. As a practice owner, you will work with us to set up your practice from the ground up and help us empower BCBAs nationwide. You will set up guidelines, supervise staff, liaise on billing and insurance, and ensure evidence-based ABA interventions are implemented with families. This role offers leadership, flexibility, and meaningful impact.
