About the role

Alo’s Memphis DC is hiring a Site Director to lead a high‑volume fulfillment center, driving on‑time shipments, safety, and cost‑effective operations. You’ll oversee inbound to outbound processes, automation, and KPI performance in a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in e‑commerce/omnichannel fulfillment, strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a proven ability to manage multi‑shift teams and peak season planning.
