Description: The Preschool Director provides Christ-centered leadership for FBA’s Preschool Ministry, creating a safe and welcoming environment where preschoolers are introduced to biblical truth and a foundation is established for a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This role partners with parents, equips staff and volunteers, and provides leadership for preschool ministry programs and activities.
Qualifications: Must have a growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ Must align with the beliefs, values, and mission of FBA Must be a current member of FBA or enrolled in First Class with the intention of becoming a member within the first three months of employment Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education, Christian Education, Ministry, or a related field preferred Previous leadership experience in Preschool Ministry, Children’s Ministry, or a related field Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and lead staff and volunteers Strong interpersonal and relational skills with the ability to effectively partner with parents, staff, and volunteers Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to develop and implement ministry goals, programs, procedures, and priorities Must support and model FBA’s culture and service expectations, including the Red Carpet Standard (H.E.A.R.T.) and 3M Strategy Need info on how to become a Business Ministry Partner?
