This is a hybrid role: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote, with standard hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how senior executives and a professional services firm actually operate day to day and at a strategic level. The right candidate is highly organized, curious about how a business runs, comfortable with responsibility, and eager to learn from senior leaders. You'll work directly alongside Managing Directors and build skills that set you up for whatever comes next.We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious, comfortable taking on responsibility, and excited to learn by doing. Our EAs are made up of a team of professionals who support our top executives and teams across the globe. These critical team members are viewed as strategic partners who enable our teams to deliver gold-standard work to our clients. The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, organized, poised, and able to operate independently with strong attention to detail.Practice SupportSupport CPI Managing Directors with daily priorities including time entry, expense reports, correspondence, scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangementsCoordinate internal and external meetings, from one-on-ones to full staff off-sites, handling everything from room setup to catering to logisticsBuild relationships across the firm, working directly with employees and senior executives both inside and outside A&MSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing team membersGet hands-on with Excel, running analyses like event and contract comparisonsPartner with corporate teams including IT, marketing, AR, AP, legal, and building operations to keep things running smoothlyTake on additional projects as they come upLocal Office SupportBe a go-to resource for day-to-day office needs: conference rooms, meal ordering, supplies, mail, and maintenance requests, working alongside the local EA teamHelp keep CPI's common areas and conference rooms polished and client-readyJump in on additional duties as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree, with 1-5 years of work experienceA genuine interest in learning how a business and its leaders operateStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple executives and working stylesClear, confident written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and external partnersSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with a range of AI tools is a plusA sharp eye for detail and follow-through, you take pride in producing error-free workA problem-solver's mindset and the initiative to figure things outA team-first attitude and professional presenceYour journey at A&MWe recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each persons unique professional and personal development. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
