Phone Numbers Operations Specialist Twilio is seeking a dedicated Phone Numbers Operations Specialist to join our global team. This remote role focuses on assisting customers in porting their phone numbers to Twilio, ensuring a seamless transition while providing exceptional customer service. As a part of Twilio's Super Network, you'll be integral in delivering innovative communication solutions to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary contact for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and direct customers during phone number porting projects. Collaborate with the Go To Market team in EMEA/APAC to manage porting projects. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to enhance their experience with Twilio. Triage complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolutions. Learn and adapt to new processes to maintain smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an Operations role. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Empathy and a customer-centric approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
