ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital Receives and directs all phone calls and assist visitors, while projecting a professional image. Dispatches all emergency calls from the Emergency Operator Extension in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintains a neat and attractive lobby and front desk area.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma required, associate degree preferred or higher. Switchboard experience is preferred. Customer service and professionalism, portraying the ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital image is a must. Additionally, qualified candidates need to be able to multi-task, remain organized, work well under stress and make decisions in unusual situations. Pay Range$16.00 - $21.12
