About the role

BaneCare Management, a locally owned operator of nine skilled nursing and two assisted living communities in Massachusetts, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead our multi-site portfolio. This role drives census growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across facilities, with local travel throughout the state. You will mentor Administrators, oversee budgets and staffing, partner with admissions, marketing and clinical teams, and report to the CEO.
