About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Member to lead day-to-day AR and collections activities for their growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable managing a team while staying involved in the details.Key ResponsibilitiesLead/Supervise and coach the AR and Collections teamMonitor aging and drive collection efforts on delinquent accountsHandle escalated customer disputes and complex collection issuesOversee cash application, reconciliations, credits, and account adjustmentsAnalyze AR performance and identify opportunities for process improvementQualifications5+ years of AR/commercial collections experience OR an Associate's degree in Accounting2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong commercial collections, cash application, and reconciliation experienceStrong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables & vlookup)Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsERP/accounting software experience is required.Please note: Excel skills will be assessed as part of the interview process.
