About the role

Camp Sabra seeks a Senior Assistant Director for Retention, Recruitment, and Camper Experience to lead and improve the camper/family experience across programs, staff leadership, and camp culture. This senior role reports to the Senior Camp Director and drives enrollment, retention, and operational excellence with a focus on Jewish values. The position requires BA/BS, 3+ years in residential camping or related fields, travel ability, and residency at camp during the summer.
