About the role

Customer Service RepresentativeITU AbsorbTech is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in New Berlin, WI. In this role, you will manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails with accuracy and care. Conduct proactive outreach to assist with customer needs, provide updates, and strengthen relationships. Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues and deliver effective solutions. Track and monitor service requests using Microsoft Dynamics and other internal systems. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services through marketing tools.
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30pm, hours vary based on travel and business needs. No weekends or holidays.
Location: This position works onsite in New Berlin, WI.

Each year, we recover over 200,000 gallons of oil and solvents from our customers' used products.
