Pay Rate$17.00/hour LocationFlorence, KY Production Filler Requirements/Qualifications: Resume or profile sheet required Meet and greet required prior to hire High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or production experience required Must be willing to learn to operate a forklift if not already experienced Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Basic math and measurement skills required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with strong communication skills Steel toe boots required Background must not include recent felonies or any violent or sexual offenses About the Production Filler RoleAs a Production Filler, your responsibilities will include: Operate filling equipment while following all safety and quality procedures Fill containers with the correct amount of product according to specifications Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues Label, seal, and package finished products accurately Perform visual quality inspections on products and packaging Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Maintain accurate production and batch records Follow all safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Assist with loading and unloading production materials as needed Work with team members to meet daily production goals Package and prepare car wash products for shipment in a warehouse environment Why Work With Our Client: Opportunities for growth and advancement Automatic $0.50/hour pay increase upon hire Additional $0.75/hour increases available through advancement levels Annual steel toe boot stipend after hire Supportive team environment Why work with Crown StaffingWeekly pay Direct deposit with pay card option No fees for our services and ongoing support Opportunities for permanent placement and career advancement Healthcare package APPLY NOW!
