Responsibilities include setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles, and monitoring activity to maintain safety. The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety rules, effective communication with team members and supervisors, and maintaining clean and safe equipment. Outdoor work in all weather conditions is expected, with shifts potentially requiring night, weekend, or emergency work. The position involves standing or walking for 8-12 hours, wearing provided safety gear, and bringing steel-toe boots. Qualifications & SkillsValid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods Capability to lift 40-50 pounds Willingness to work in traffic and variable weather conditions Flexible schedule, punctuality Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with coworkers and the public
