Responsibilities: Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants Ongoing team training Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products. Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent. Leadership/Management experience Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends We reserve the right to complete a background check prior to hire, and eligibility for the position may be contingent upon the results.
