About the role
- Support passenger flow during embarkation and debarkation
- Assist with staging and movement of equipment
- Provide directions and customer service to guests
- Work alongside port security and other staff
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors Pay & Perks
- $19.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Paid training

- Ability to stand and walk as needed
- Reliable transportation to the Boston Cruise Port
- Basic computer skills (simple check-ins, scanning, digital forms)
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English (read and write)
