Role Description: We are seeking a professional, multi-tasking, dedicated, and talented Leasing Agent looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced multi-family residential property management company. Position requires applicant to have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, highly organized and pro-active. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing residential leases and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications: Multi-Family Residential leasing and administration skills Must have Property Management and Multi-Family Residential Leasing experience, minimum of 2 years Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience with Real Page leasing software is a plus Fluency in English/Spanish High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
