Debit Fraud Technician 6 month contract

Responsibilities:
Process and investigate fraudulent transactions.
Conduct initial reviews, disputes, and enter credits or escalate for higher-level review.
Perform data entry and maintain tracking systems.
Work in a fast-paced, open environment.
Top Must-Haves:
Financial or customer service experience.
Data entry experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Cards experience is helpful but not required.
