About the role

THE OPPORTUNITY: The US healthcare market is one of the most complex, underserved, and high-value verticals for indoor navigation technology. Large hospital systems operate environments with hundreds of rooms, labyrinthine campuses, and patient navigation challenges that cost real money and degrade care experience every single day. Maze Map solves this. Our platform is already live in major hospital environments across Europe and North America. We are now scaling our US healthcare presence, and this role is the tip of the spear. This is not a role for someone who needs a warm inbound pipeline, a mature demand engine, or a fully built playbook. It is a role for someone who sees a wide-open market and wants to own it. WHAT YOU WILL OWNYou will be the driver of net-new logo acquisition in US healthcare. Specifically: Build and own a pipeline of large hospital systems, IDNs, and academic medical centres from scratch Run full-cycle enterprise deals from outbound prospecting through contract signature Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees: CIO, VP Facilities, CNO, CFO and operational leadership simultaneously Develop deep domain knowledge of how large hospitals buy, budget, and implement technology Partner with marketing to sharpen the US healthcare value proposition based on what you hear in the field Represent Maze Map at key US healthcare conferences and build a presence in the marketWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis role suits a proven enterprise hunter with a track record in US health system sales. You should be able to answer yes to most of the following: You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling enterprise technology into large US hospital systems or IDNs — not clinics, not pharmaceutical, not medical devices You have closed deals in the $50k–$300k ACV range with 6–18 month sales cycles involving IT, facilities, and operational leadership You have existing relationships with VP-level and C-suite buyers at major health systems You are an outbound-first seller. You do not wait for leads. You build pipeline through calls, events, referrals, and sheer persistence You understand how large hospital procurement actually works — capital budgets, GPO dynamics, IT governance, and cross-departmental sign-off You have sold software used by operations, IT, or administrative teams — not clinical sales or managed care You carry a quota attainment record you are proud to share and can speak to specific deals Experience with facility management platforms, RTLS, digital signage, or healthcare operations technology is a strong advantage. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOTA first AE role for an SDR ready to move upA farming role — the majority of your time should be on net-new, not expansionA fit for someone with a clinical sales or pharmaceutical background — the buyer, cycle, and motion are fundamentally differentA role for someone who needs a built market — you are building itWHY MAZEMAPMaze Map is a proven product in a emerging US market. That combination is rare. You will have: A product with real-world deployments in large hospital and campus environments across Europe, APJC, and North America, including documented patient flow and operational efficiency outcomesA supportive commercial team that includes experienced BDMs in the US already working Higher Education and Healthcare Direct access to product and leadership — this is not a bureaucratic organizationA competitive base salary, strong OTEHOW TO APPLYUpload a brief note and your CV. We do not need a cover letter. You will report to VP Sales Global in Maze Map. We do need to understand: Which health systems you have sold into and at what ACVYour quota attainment for the last two years Why you believe Maze Map has a real opportunity in US healthcare We move quickly with candidates who are the right fit. Equal Opportunity Statement: Maze Map is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We hire based on talent and potential—not your background, identity, or checkboxes.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
