Job Description: Job Description What You'll DoInstall HVAC equipment following company policies and manufacturer specificationsWire low-voltage heating and cooling equipmentInstall copper refrigerant lines (brazing and soldering) Build and install flex and sheet metal duct systemsConnect gas lines safely to heating equipmentPre-measure and prepare job materialsCollaborate with team members to complete projects on scheduleMaintain professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, and clientsAccurately complete all required job paperworkPerform additional duties as assigned by managementWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years HVAC installation experienceNew construction installation experience requiredDuctwork installation experience requiredHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify HVAC equipmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsHonest, dependable, and motivated with ability to work independently or in a teamValid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable transportation to job sitesMust pass a criminal background checkAbility to lift up to 100 lbs safelyComfortable working in extreme temperatures (120 ree; F or higher) for extended periodsWillingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as neededAbility to climb, stoop, crouch, crawl, and kneel as required
