About the role

Providence seeks an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients and visitors with excellent service, both in person and over the phone. You will bridge communication between patients and care teams, and support scheduling, registrations, and insurance verification in a busy clinic. As you learn front- and back-office duties, you will help maintain clean EPIC records and contribute to efficient patient flows while upholding Providence’s commitment to compassionate, patient-centered
