About the role
To support the growth of the ReachMD Life Sciences business, the full-time Strategic Account Planner will manage client relationships, understand business objectives, and translate insights into HCP engagement opportunities while collaborating with the Business Development Team.
Key responsibilities
Become well-versed in clients' therapeutic areas and business priorities to map HCP engagement strategies
Support customer interactions through sales prospecting and organizing client entertainment
Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback on trends and products in the marketplace
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience in digital healthcare customer-facing activities, particularly in Commercial/Brand/Media
Understanding of working with HCP Media agencies and a strong Sales Hunter mentality
Demonstrated track record of client interaction and ability to develop sales presentations and proposals
Fluency in the language of Life Sciences customers and comfort interacting directly with clients
Ability to understand data and critical metrics important to clients, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
