We need a Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Clarkston, Michigan office. You will help manage high-quality architectural signage projects with a long-standing and growing client base, including industries in the professional, healthcare, educational, and municipal settings. Responsibilities:
Set-up new projects in the company database Partner with the design & planning team on design development, research, and ordinance compliance Create project estimates and prepare installation documents for the field team Review final products for accuracy and quality before installation Manage client communication via email and occasional phone calls
Qualifications:
Manage multiple tasks and set priorities Communicate well in writing and speech Pay close attention to small details Stay organized in a fast-paced setting Use computers well and are comfortable using Microsoft products, email and Ai tools.
Plus Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Preview Have a strong eye for design and color details Read and understand blueprints and construction plans
