The Guest Relations Representative will ensure a positive face is presented to the external world on behalf of our agency customers, and will help the Facilities Management team create an inviting, pleasant, and safe place for employees to come to work.ResponsibilitiesSupport Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office / reception areaGreet and direct clients, outside visitors, and employeesMaintain supplies required to create a welcoming environment (pantries, cafes, etc.)Manage and maintain visitor systems in accordance with Groupe policyAnswer agency main contact phone numbers; provide assistance and guidanceRespond to employee and external inquiries; provide information and resolve problems as necessaryReport all safety issuesProvide administrative backup support for Facilities Management teamPerform other duties as assignedQualifications1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related areaExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with a wide variety of internal and external groupsExperience working in a rapid and complex changing environmentPassionate about providing outstanding customer serviceEnthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentDemonstrate ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneouslyHigh degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality and excellenceDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients, employees, and other internal and external office visitorsDemonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functionsAbility to maintain confidentiality
