About the role

Campus Guard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle for our SaaS platform and consulting services. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, monitoring health, and coordinating cross-functional delivery to deliver measurable outcomes. This remote, full-time role requires 3–5 years in client success, a bachelor’s degree, and PCIP certification within 12 months. Visa sponsorship is not available.
