Role Description:
This full-time remote Customer Service Representative role at Infinity Call Center focuses on providing timely, accurate, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in the customer relationship management system. The role involves following established procedures, escalating complex cases when needed, and maintaining service level agreements. Customer Service Representatives are expected to collaborate with team members, share feedback from customers, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience. This position requires consistent attendance, reliability, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities. Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace. Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a high-volume environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in call center, support, or service environments is preferred but not required.
